Beachwalk shopping centre was just a few steps away from the hotel. The room was good sized. Pool was nice...

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was very close to the nightlife and right down the road from the clubs. The hotel facilities were great, including the pool area which was spacious and always had fresh towels. Plus, the staff were super friendly and efficient. I also appreciated how clean the room was, with the housekeeping doing a fantastic job every day.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We were just behind the night clubs, so we had easy access to all the fun and excitement that the city has to offer. The service here was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were so cozy. We also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the stunning garden area. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

We would highly recommend this place to our friends. The location, service, and amenities here are outstanding.

Friendly helpful Staff, Clean rooms, Comfitable

The facilities at the hotel are excellent. The breakfast was very good value for money. Overall our stay was quite comfortable.

They charge too much for internet at hotel, so I had to look around for internet cafes all the time to use internet. The legion street right beside the hotel is not where you wanna be if ur travelling with family....its alright for young travellers, infact best place to be for young travellers who wanna party in Bali.....but for older people and groups, they would be better off staying around dreamland area behind the beach

The hotel was situated in a vibrant area with plenty of nightclubs and shops just a stone's throw away, perfect for a lively stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to rest after a busy day on the beach. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

One of the amenities in the hotel was lacking, but it was not a significant issue.

Quiet even though only 1 street away from the hussle and bussle of kuta

The service of the staff are excellence!! From check-in to check-out, the same staff named Wayan assisted us all the way till we leave.. The pool was spectacular.. Surel

The Spa was below expectation due to it's ambiance but the Massage was good

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was amazing. The breakfast had a great variety of options and offered made-to-order omelettes. The pool area was beautiful and had comfortable sunbeds. the hotel was located in a convenient location close to shops and restaurants.

The prices for the hotel's drinks, food, transport services, and spa treatments were quite high compared to those outside the hotel. We also had some issues with the room service and experienced some inconveniences during our stay.

Nothing to comment. But ... There is one point to be mentioned - thd hotel charges your credit card upon their own rate for Rp which is different from the official a bit.

The hotel was very clean and all staff were very nice.

The gym needs a very big upgrade!!!!!
